Berkeley, CA, USA

there & back again

So, in the last few days we've flown to Los Angeles, spent two days at the strangest, swankiest hotel ever in Westlake Village, spent two days shooting a wedding on the beach in Malibu (that was gorgeous, incredible & also the most crazy full moon insanity I've ever experienced), spent the night in Burbank with my best friend Christina, and flown back to an SF heatwave that is threatening to drive me absolutely.batshit.crazy.

Everything feels really weird right now, like I have no idea where I am or what I'm doing. Nothing feels right, or even remotely similar to how it did last week. That's fine, but I need to get back into a routine ... that, and the fog really, really needs to come back.

But in the meantime, I am still blogging ... I haven't forgotten, I've just been out of time & energy. I know that some of you may be sick and tired of seeing pictures of gorgeous sunsets and things like that, but I know you're just jealous and I don't really care! Here are some of the images captured on our trip south. In many ways, it was total paradise ... oh Los Angeles. You always confuse me so...
