Snapshots from a happy life

HAPPY FRIDAY! Can you tell I'm excited? I worked from home today due to a bizarre leg cramps/charlie horse type situation going on in my left leg this morning, and not only did I get a lot of actual work done, I also took a long nap, and am about to make some grilled tomatoes marinated in basil vinaigrette. I am totally suffering tonight, as well, figuring out whether to have a tatsoi salad with peanut dressing, or a kabocha squash soup for dinner tonight (I found the squash, my absolute favorite, at the grocery store this morning, and I simply couldn't resist...if you haven't ever had this squash, you really truly must, it will blow your mind).  Life, clearly, is rough.

Here are some snapshots from the last couple of weeks. Happy weekend

My favourite part of the UC Berkeley campus is the Eucalyptus forest. It reminds me of home.
